I’ve already read/watched Toradora, Zero no Tsukaima and I really liked the female leads for their harshness. 
It really makes for funny plots. Any other manga or anime characters like these?

I suggest Full metal panic (both sub and eng dub are great), mahou sensei negima, shakugan no shana, The Mellancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, school rumble (there’s a character named Eri), uh I guess that’s all I can think of at the moment.

Question by : Is there any good websites for making cartoon style images?
What i mean is that is there a website or even program where you can make simple cartoon style images. And it should include something like “clip art” from microsoft where you can choose preset image/shapes and edit and mix them up to make an image. I need this because i am making a game in Flash and i dont like making images in flash.
